ER Custom Stitch Embroidery only collects what we need to make and deliver your order.

What we collect

  • Order details – your name, email, phone number, shipping address and the items you order.
  • Design files – artwork or stitch files you upload. They are stored privately, seen only by our team, and used only to produce your order.
  • Account – if you create one, your email address and a securely hashed password, so you can see your order history.
  • Google or Facebook sign-in – if you continue with Google or Facebook, they share your name and email address with us (and an ID that links the accounts). We never see your Google or Facebook password and never post anything for you.
  • Cart cookie – a single cookie that remembers your shopping cart. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe, and PayPal, Venmo and Pay Later payments by PayPal. Your card and account details go directly to them and are never stored on our site; we receive your name, email and delivery address to fulfil the order.

Deleting your data

  1. Sign in and open your account (click your email at the top of the page).
  2. Choose Personal data, then Delete. This removes your account, including any Google or Facebook connection.
  3. To disconnect only Google or Facebook, choose External logins and remove it. You can also remove our shop in your Google account (Security → Third-party connections) or on Facebook (Settings → Apps and websites).

Records of past orders that we must keep for tax and accounting are kept, but no longer linked to an account.

Your choices

You can download or delete your account data from your account settings at any time. For anything else, email us at sales@ercustomstitch.com or send us a message.
