Frequently asked questions
Artwork as PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, AI or EPS, or a Tajima DST stitch file, up to 20 MB. You upload it while ordering and can reuse it on other items in the same order.
No. You can order a single piece, and up to 500 of an item at a time online.
Choose at checkout: Standard shipping ($8.95, 3–7 business days) or Local pickup in Tamarac, FL 33319 (free). We ship to the United States.

Online at checkout, by card (processed securely by Stripe) or with PayPal, Venmo or PayPal Pay Later. Your card and PayPal details never touch our website. Sales tax is calculated at checkout.
