We ship to the United States. Delivery times are counted from the day your order ships.
Turnaround: Items from our shop are ready in 3–5 business days, and items you bring in 1–3 business days after you drop them off. New artwork adds 1–2 business days for digitizing.
Returns
- Personalized items (anything embroidered with your name, text, logo or design) are made just for you, so they can't be returned or exchanged.
- If we made a mistake on your order, or an item arrives damaged or defective, we'll fix or replace it. Contact us as soon as you notice.
- Unused items without embroidery can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us to start a return.
